Is an 2004 Audi 1.9 tdi with 100 break hp a good car?

Answers:
It would be a great car. The TDI engines are reliable and very efficient (the ones in VWs are). you sould see almost 50 mpg iff you are nice to it. While it only has 100bhp, it has a lot of torque so it feels like a more powerful engine (torque is also better with heavy loads and going up and down hills). If you got one w/ a manual transmission it would feel more powerful than an autobox. I would love to get one myself, but you can't get a TDI in an Audi in America. Oh well, I'll just stick to my A4 1.8TQ.
A little underpowered but otherwise an excellent car
100bhp in a 1.9 tdi engine, r u sur? i woodve thought it wood hav been a bit more than that
Depends on what you want from a car but it's a very good, solid, well powered car .. and it looks good!
It appears that your only interested in BHP? If so, then no, that is low for such a car.
yes.it's basically a VW Golf TDI
should get about 40 mpg

as other comments say, it may seem slightly underpowered, but in these days of $3/gallon gas, I'd love to own one
i like all audis, they're all good
