It depends on how often you use it, I service all of my vehicles at least once a year.

If its a new bike you should get a service book with it & it will show you in there normally it every 6/8 months or so check out the manufactors web site if not

is it four stroke if so it should be 4000miles or 4 months

just needs plug changing
it depends on if its a 2 stroke or 4 stroke and what make it is.also what mileage is covered.
A good idea would be to get a once yearly service with an additional oil and filters change 1/2 yearly. oil degrades and filters get dirty.
