It depends if you are talking about horsepower at the wheels or horsepower at the crank. In general it only makes about 115-120 horses to the ground, that is assuming you have the stock differential, transmission, and diameter of tires on it.
Technically, you have no horses, as they are a large animal, a Seat doesn't have the room to carry any, unless they're My Little Ponies.
