I lost my L.G.V.after a nervous breakdown?
Answers:
Probably not, if they took if away, they have a legally good reason for doing so. Being that you almost hurt yourself and others with a car, they might use that against you in court, which might wind up extending your loss of license period, if it goes the wrong way. I would just lump it for two years, and keep my nose clean when i get my license back, if i were you.
i would appeal if i were you and get your doctor to back your case.
what happened to you mate you dont say your a man or woman but im guessing your a man because usually men drive L.G.V
There do take driving very seriously so think about weather you really are fit and feel fine if you are then go to court and get a very good lawyer to win your case
ask your doctor to write to them explaining your health now,at the time they would of seen you as a danger to yourself and other road users.i strongly suggest you get the doctor to write pleading your case first, and if need be appeal to dvla and get the doctor again to give evidence on your behalf, they do swing things for you some times ,so its worth a try,but before splashing out on court costs.,hope you get it back soon, good luck.
