its a newer division of toyota aimed at the tuner crowd. Funny thing is, theyre hardly tuner cars, but end up being great family cars like the civic/carolla. they currently make the xA, which is a sub-compact (mini sized), the xB which is the driving toaster around a golf size, and the tC which is a civic sized car with great standard options.
They are an offshoot of Toyota. I believe they are made here in America. You can read more about them in the Wikipedia.
