i am one of the "lucky" ones. some one tried to steal my scooter last night they did not succeed but instead they broke my front steering and steering lock! to a great cost! the vehicle crime in st neots seems to be rife is there a reason is it funding something much greater?

You have got to deter these c*m-drinkers. Buy disc locks, use 2 disc locks. Once they see the locks, they will realise it is not worth the effort.
