its either and air leak, from a persihed rubber or loose clamp, or a restricted fuel supply.
however.if its been staged, or ripsnort tuned, what do you expect.. they al run like bags of nails below 3000 rpm..but on cam..it sings..
put up with it.
My old Honda used to do that. turned out that I had a cracked plug
sounds as though it's running to rich on carburation check air filters are clean and fitted correctly and choke system ok.
check float bowels for water
take bike to garage i`m 75% sure it will be incorrectly adjusted carbs and durty air filter
