take the bulb out

take the car in to mechanic and have them scan for codes, some parts outlets will scan it for you and tell you what the code is
Fix the fault(s) the lamp is trying to warn you about.
I hired a Seat Leon in Spain a few months ago. After a puncture had been fixed, the tyre pressure warning light came on and stayed on, even though there was nothing wrong. Maybe the fault lights are faulty (If you see what I mean)
