What type of fuel does a 125cc Scooter use?

Unleaded, Super unleaded, 4 star? Does it matter which one?

Answers:
Almost all engines will run on 87 octane unleaded fuel. ( some of course are 2 stroke and require 2 cycle oil mixed in the gasoline..) Premium (90 octane and above) fuel is cleaner burning and provides more power to your engine. For most applications, use 93 octane premium fuel in your engine, unless lower octane fuel is recommended by the manufacturer. Never use 100 octane or higher, (as in aircraft fuel) because you could burn out the valves in the cylinder head.
i does not matter. all of them are petrol.
Almost bound to be unleaded.
If the Scooter has a 2-Stroke engine you will need to use Unleaded and a Mixture of 2-Stroke engine Oil Combined.

If it's a 4-Stroke Engine-then any Gasoline will do the job nicely!
If in Doubt consult the User Manual

Oh dear. have you not found that out, or are you typing as you are bored ?
Stick diesel in it, and see what does not happen.
Good Grief.
it depends what scooter it is all of them take petrl but there are two types of petrol: 2 stroke and 4 stroke. 4 stroke is the stuff that comes in garages and 2 stroke is basically 4 stroeke petrol with a bit of oil in it. the scooter manual or handbook will say wich 1 it is. most likely 4 stroke.
Any petrol-engined motorcycle or scooter built since about 1980 will use ordinary unleaded. There is no real benefit from using super unleaded, unless you have an extremely high-performance sports bike, and in such a case the owner's manual will recommend the use of super-unleaded fuel. Just stick to unleaded.
Unleaded, Super Unleaded can be used but You're wasting Ur money for no performance gain, 4 star is very hard to get these days anyway and could damage the catalytic converter (if fitted).

This follows for both 4 stroke and 2 stroke engines, however some 2 strokes run on a Petroil mix (which U have to pre-mix before filling Ur tank) although I think I'm right in saying the vast majority of modern 2 strokes have seperate Petrol & Oil tanks negating the need to Pre-mix
unleaded as do most bikes now should be OK to run on it be it two or four stroke. If two stroke don't forget the two stroke oil as well
a recent scooter will use Unleaded or Super but not 4-star.
