am trying to find the where abouts of my old vespa t5 scooter. left it in safe keeping at a mates in penrith cumbria. nick dinsdale. he moved to appleby as far as l no.. this was about 8 yrs ago and as l moved round abit lost contact. the scooter was red and white reg f462 frm. brought from a dealer in carlisle. would be great to no if the scoot was still on the road as l now have three others. any info would be great.

I don't know of any way of locating it, but you can see when it was last taxed, or if it's still taxed, go to www.vehiclelicence.gov.uk. I've discovered that not one of my old cars from the past still exist!
try Ebay.com and motorcyle salvage yards in your area :)
try looking in the local canal thats where i dumped mine last year,
hundreds for sale on e-bay. watch out though. I read that a lot of guys in areas of Asia are selling clunkers that are worn COMPLETELY out. ONLY buy what you can look at and test.
