I have lost the special socket for my wheel locknuts on my vw passat. Can you get a replacement?

Answers:
It is very rare that you will be able to find the exact one to fit your wheel nuts. But there are tool accessory shops like Motor World that sell a tool that you can hammer on to the locking nut to grip it and enable you to remove it. Your locking wheel nut will be unusable after so you will have to get a replacement.
Good luck.
ya go to VW website or ebay they should easily have one.
go to the dealer if they are original wheels. They can set up no problem.

yes u can
If the locking wheelnuts were the original ones fitted by VW then you will be able to get replacements from them, if you still have the 'code' or 'serial' number of the lock set. The same applies if they were after market ones. Otherwise, and I had the same problem on a second hand car, get them taken off by a garage at a cost of around £100 for all four wheels.
