Did my CBT on one of those, they're OK around town, need a good 'run-up' to get to the top speed though. Will reach 70mph on the flat, you'll have to wring its neck though to get it to do that up a hill.
best bet is to get a test ride booked.
De-restricted, tuned and with the right gearing I know of one that does 120+mph.

You would never ever ever see 120 mph on one of them. might see 85/90 at a push.
if its for about town get a honda cg cheap as hell. or a suzuki gn. for a bit of road experience get a sportster like an aprillia rs 125 or honda nsr 125 r suzuki rg 125. be wary they will have been dropped at one stage by a learner. as long as its restricted whatever bike you get you'll need to rev the crap out of it before you get to the hill.
get a suzuki rg125 if you can find one loved mine as a learner bike got to 110mph on a straight run and had good pull up hill
