Where can i legaly ride a crosser that is illegal for the road?
Answers:
The only place you will be able to ride legally is on a motocross track which will cost you in the region of £20+ a day. You can't even ride on byways anymore on a road legal bike - then they wonder why there are so many people riding illegally.. bloody government !
ride it through the hall ways of the local police station
The only place you can't ride it on is public roads, freeways, highways etc. You can ride it everywhere else.

These days you can't ride things like this anywhere. You are faced with a stark choice. Trailer it miles to somewhere you can ride it, fit lights and ride it on the road and become a target for every mobile biscuit tin around you, or, flog it.
why dont you ride it on a railway line? youd die quicker but it would be more fun for the rest of us.
if you are like the lads near me you don't need lights, they use hands singles, 2 finger kind.
Unfortunately, the government has decided that the use of the green lanes (public bridal ways etc) by motorcycles is no longer allowed. You can only use your bike on private land with the landowners permission. Be advised that you will still be harassed by the local constabulary if you are deemed to be a nuisance and get reported by anyone who does not like the fact that you are not harming anyone else and are trying not to ride your bike illegally. Some people ave nothing better to do. The only other option is to use a motocross practise track. Most charge in the region of £20 per day to use.
On privately owned land with the owners's permission. You might still get bothered by the cops if someone complains about the noise.
Your best bet is to ask a farmer to go in one of his fields, further away from houses as possible, put on a road legal can this will quieten down a bit.Being the owner of a CRF 450, I go to motocross track when I race or just go for fun, if you go on a mx track with your DT it wont last long as they are not up to with standing ruts, jumps and table tops, unless you have upgraded the suspension etc. once you go to a track you will end up buying a mx bike, good luck.
