Cbr 600 been stood for three years. Running, but only runs on three cylinders. Have spark on all four. help?

Answers:
More than likely the carburettor jet for the non-firing cylinder is blocked up. After you run the bike, take the plug out for the dead cylinder and see if it's wet with petrol. If not, it's the carb jet. If it is, I don't know what the problem could be, but I'd be willing to bet I'm right. You could try spraying carb cleaner into the intake, but you might need to take the carbs off and give them a good cleaning.
try holding your hand over carb wear glove this will create vacuum and maybe start flow to cylinder
fuel blockage due to time spent stood up,
It is possible that the carb on the cylinder that is not working had gummed up. Aditives are added to petrol for all manner of reasons. If the carbs are left full when the bike is left stood for long periods. The fuel evaporates leaving solid deposits blocking the jets and other parts. Try stripping the carbs and giving them a good clean out.
1. check the carbs , remove, strip and clean if nesscary.
2. do a compression check
clean out your reservoirs in the carbs
chances are the, jets are blocked in one of the carbs. Remove the jet (use the haynes manual for info on how to get it out, I could describe but can't be assed typing for three hours) blow it through with compressed air and replace.
If non of that worked try replacing the cap for spark plugs, on my fazer it was runing on 3 cylinder once cuz spark plug cap was used up, so I changed to the silicon ones!

Cheers
As already stated, take off carbs and clean them with fresh fuel. blow the jets through with air. Don't use a needle file or pin to clean them as the jets are brass and deform easily. Slap it back together but while the airbox is off replace the plugs too (saves taking the tank off later and they are cheap enough!) run some red ex through with the fresh fuel in the tank and she should be running like a nun with her knickers off in no time! good luck mate.
take it to the garage
Clean appropriate carburettor out.
MAY BE A VALVE STUCK COMP CHECK WILL HELP
