Which is the better car BMW x5 or a mini cooper s?

Those are two completely different kinds of cars with probably nothing in common at all.
Mini coopers are better for people who are just a normal single person driving. The x5 is better for a family and going off road.

there are far too many of both of those cars on the roads, be different and get something like the volvo xc90,
if i had to choose between those 2 then the mini every time, the x5 has suffered problems with the rear differential, and the mini is way cuter ;-)

Mini coopers are a waste of time compared to the BMW. If you want style, comfort, reliability and generally good service teams always go for the BMW.
Can't compare them really, one's a small hatchback and the others a big 4x4.
the BMW x5 is.its faster got more room than the mini,only bad points are insurance costs,fuel bills,and its nearly £30,000 dearer
Although the X5 is obviously a gas guzzler and bad for the environment, I prefer it. The mini cooper is way to common and the convertible version is just stupid looking. Mini coopers just look like toy cars. Why are they even called "mini's" anymore? They're not that much smaller than the average car.

Both cars are made by BMW so quality and refinement is guaranteed. For good old fashioned British based handling and fun, I would go for the Cooper s. For luxury I would I would go for the X5
At the end of the day it depends on what you want from the car, if money were not an issue, I would go for the X5, its in a totally different league

My opinion the x5 is better, mini cooper looks too feminine and thats a no no for me!
