To be honest, with what you've already done, what it will cost to make it significantly faster will be about the same as buying an R1 in the first place, if not more. You're getting into the realms of race tuning now. You could have the engine blueprinted and then have the head gasflowed, fit race cams, forged pistons, lighter con-rods and a lightened crankshaft. You could think about turbocharging or nitrous injection. There are lots of things you could do, but I think you should be realistic.
You could perhaps change the can and air filter for performance ones?
You could always change the factory fitted camshaft with a performance Camshaft.

Is it revving out in top. If so, try changing the sprockets for a different size. Try going down a couple of teeth on the back one.
Well since the engine is already pretty much high strung up, u could tinker with is the amount of weight u are carrying on the bike, as in lighter alloys, or junking anything else that will help reduce the weight of the bike.
When u are looking at increasing the top speed of a bike, what tire perssures u running on makes a major difference. To appreciate this difference try top speed runs on stock settings and then increasing pressure by a few psi. be careful as too
much over charging can blow your tire at high speeds also. The r6 comes with a throttle by wire system, and an ecu controlled engine, you could try chipping out your engine for more high end power, but it will void your warranty
Learn to corner better. That's where races are won anyway. Any drunk, gay monkey can twist a throttle; there's no skill in doing so.
You want to go faster, but have a smaller bike. If straight line speed is truly your calling, only higher displacement will get you there.
