Need help weather 2 change the colour of my car or not!!?
do i change it 2 pink with glitter of purple with glitter. blokes be honest it would look nice in one of these colours dont be a tipical bloke and say it would look crap and girly many men have pink cars. ANYWAY PLEASE HELP

nah, then you'll have the whole issue of the INSIDE of the car and the door colors, roof support colors..
i like the "ghosted" flames, etc that barely show up under the paint.

No, don't do it - when you want to sell your car sometime in the future it will severely affect its resale value. Besides it will look awful!
Change it to pink and you can dress up as Barbie.

there is a paint type you can get called "flip-flop paint"
this give's you the effect of 2/3 colours at the same time!

Changing a cars color can be alot of work and money.
It all depends on the finished results you want. If you want it to look factory, custom, etc. Then you would need to paint inside the engine compartment, trunk, door jams, even gas lid door. This entails alot of disassembly work, labor, etc. Normally a repaint done this way, in a good reputable shop will run you from $5,000 to as high as $45,000 dpending on the car, paint choosen, etc.
If you are going to just say race it locally, not care if the engine, door jams and all are black (not like it would matter, black is okay..but say if the car was beige and you were gonna do a pink repaint, you'd have to change that beige). Then I would just have the outside panels painted. There is two versions of this type of paint job. First would be to just tape the car up as she sits and paint it. This is how Maaco paints cars and they do it for $450 and under. The second way, the proper way, would be to remove trim, glass, etc so the paint can go up under these items. In turn allowing the paint to have a longer life and not peal in a matter of 1, 2 years.
Any color car is fine..just express yourself as a car guy.errr.girl. The car is an extension of you.
Since it is already black and you want to go pink/purple. A cheap route would be to go to a local vinyl sign store and look at either a full body wrap on the car or just wild designs, logo's that you want. Put enough pink vinyl on it and people will think you have a pink and black paint job. Vinyl you can for few hundred depending on how complicated you get.

You cannot beat black for a colour. Also, have you not seen the price of petrol? Far better to keep a car that does 50 + mpg at the mo., whether or not you want to. hope the weather is nice were you are. subtle aren't I?

I would say no - you'll spend a lot of money only to reduce its resale value (because you'll be severly limiting your potential market to people who want a pink 306 HDi).
However, if you've moded it then you've already spent a lot of money to reduce its resale value.
So its up to you.

Yes go for it. Ive been to many car cruise events, there has always been a few cars in mad girly colours, they look great. Speaking as a bloke i think its true to say you would definitely receive respect as a girl racer. GO FOR IT, YOUR ONLY YOUNG ONCE :o)

you do what ever colour you like just remember come sale time it could efect the value of the car it will stand out in the crowd and as long as you don,t mind being pointed at then go for it
Up to you, the cost will be quite high, but a couple of girls up here near me have pink cars, they never get stolen as the joyriding punks do not like the colour.
