try your local car spares shop Haynes do a good selction of workshop manuals for all makes of cars they cost around £15 or borrow one from your local library. try the haynes website at http://www.haynes.com
You wont find a book that covers both your radio and on board computer.The radio manual is in the owners hand book.But to access any thing from your computer you need specialist equipment.Try any ex rover dealers they may still have one County garage barnstaple north devon will help.
Just bought one on CD from Flea-bay, cost £1.75 + 75p postage, it covers Rovers & MGs and I was quite impressed with the amount of info on the CD.
