dvla website, just type in dvla u can buy one off there and its valid as soon as u want it 2 be, even tho u wont recieve it till they have posted it out u wont get fined as they will have it on record

as long as u got the log book to send off and insueance for the car go to the nearest p/office and tax it.then u can send the log book off while your there.
