Do i have to pay more then 38 pound for my provisonal licence if i was done 4 drink driving without?

a provisanl licence there for i have no licence to put points on which i did not get apart from a two year ban which finished about 2 years ago? and a fine which is fully paid off.

you should pay normal fee, but you will have to wait till ban was lifted before you can apply, and once you pass it will be added on to new license that you were banned from drivin with DR10, that stays on for 10 years
Yep unfortunatley you do have to pay more because its a drink driving offence. You also have to sit an hour long practical test and pay more again when you want your full license.
Shouldn't be allowed one - if you can't be responsible enough to not drink and drive, let alone drink and drive without a licence, you shouldn't be allowed on the road.
