I'm thinking of working in London but would like to spend most of my Week-ends in Paris. Is there a reduced fare for ParLon "commuters" ? Or a card which offers significant discount on very frequent users?

Hi these links should help with your question
Yes there is a card i can't think at this time what it's called though
if you know when you will be travelling you can book your tickets well in advance - £59.00 rtn paris is good value - £79.00 1st class occasionally too - just have to make sure you book well in advance. Plus ther is no changes allowed on these tickets so if you miis your train - tough. I did it for 2 years without missing one train :)
