Can you park acaravan on a public road?
Answers:
Might depend where it is. Within Dartmoor National Park, for instance, there is a specific Byelaw which prohibits it http://www.dartmoor-npa.gov.uk/au-byelaw.
The fact that they have had to specify this in a byelaw indicates that it is not already a specific national law covered by the Road Traffic Act
its not the wisest of ideas no
To live in, or just to park? You can't live in a vehicle on a public road, but it can be parked. Check the Highway Code to be sure.
What is an acaravan? A man made fibre tie?
as long as no yellow lines & not obstructing view or parked on a corner i dont see why not? let me know as i want to buy a campavan soon!!
I think it would need some form of insurance, and permission from the local council
Are you one of those who buys a caravan to go on holiday? But yet holidays out on their own front driveway. Seriously ive seen people do that, also one parked up on the M4 between newport and the severn bridge. Having acup of tea in a deck chair.
of course you can whether its legal or not I dont know and it maybe expensive if its not legal but hey I've got confidence in you I know you can do it
In Ireland yes, but you have to move it 1inch every 24hrs
