You are being a bit presumptuous by assuming that we would all know what an ET2 is, n'est-ce pas?
If it's some kind of gas guzzler, perhaps it just uses more petrol than you thought. Actually it sounds more like an act of vandalism rather than an attempt to steal petrol. There are some really stupid people out there.. maybe they don't know what an ET2 is either?

Normally siphoning petrol would be done through the filler cap, which isn't lockable on many small bikes and scooters, but you say you have a leak. Could that be all the problem is? Has someone simply cut your fuel line as an act of vandalism, and not actually stolen the fuel? If so, there's probably very little you can do to stop it happening again, apart from maybe replacing the fuel line with an armoured pipe of some sort, or just not leaving it in places where this sort of thing can happen.
