The clutch friction plates are worn and/or the plates are bent. Pull the cover and change the package.this will fix your issue.

You really have to remove the clutch and inspect it.
does the bike have enough oil in it?
kawasaki's suffer with clutch ratle. You may need to striip your clutch down and check for wear on the basket, plates etc
Simple answer is the thrust ( throwout ) bearing is worn. and possible tired clutch springs, cheap and easy to do. alternatively put up with the noise as it will go away when the engine is under load.
You need a service on bike (not just an oil change)
How many miles? Valve adjustment isnt needed until 26,000 miles according to service manual, but I found they actually need adjusting at about 20,000miles
The carb synchronisation is out so each cylinder is not operating in correct sequence. It may also have quite a lot faster accelleration after this is done correctly
