How do you re-set the service lights on a vw polo(1997)?



Answers:
The easy way is disconnect the ground wire from the battery for about 10minutes. you'll have to reset your presets on the radio but it will be gone
With the ignition switched off, press and hold the trip meter reset button below the speedometer.

Switch ignition on and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds. Dashes will appear in the display. The service has been reset.

Switch the ignition off.
