Alot of men are yes. I myself love my car, I'm always tinkering with it and adding things on..its not sad at all, as some suggest, think of it as a hobby. It becomes sad when it takes over peoples lives, some become so obsessive that they become depressed when they see a scratch etc

Nope. Some people are just into certain things more than others. I could care less about the car I drive; if it gets me from A to B I'm good. But I do have an obsession; technology. I am very talkative about that. So, as I said; everyone has their "thing".

Sadly not Mrs Pollard. Perhaps you should look at the underlying reasons for him talking about his car all the time. Is it more interesting than you? Is it sexier than you? Does he spend more money on his car than he does on you?
If the answer to one or all of these questions is yes then I'd suggest you getting a respray, new 'bumpers' and a bigger exhaust !!

As a car afficiando myself, I usually don't talk about cars until I meet with someone who shares the same passion as I do. Otherwise, it would be compromising for both parties where one talks and the other doesn't seem to make sense of what I've been saying.
