If you could have one bike what would it be? Something old? something new? Race bike??
Answers:
both sopmething old and something new
well i'd definately go for HD V-ROD if i would buy a new model or go for the royal enfield (Indian Make) if i were to buy an old one.
hya busa
I'd have a 50cc moped (I kid you not!) to start me off motor cycling. Then I'd build my way up to a Yamaha TDR 900, not forgetting the sexy leathers.
A Suzuki Bandit would do me.although I would probably crash it within a couple of days.
Triumph Tiger 110, followedby Matchless E.90. 500 single.
A nice summers day messing about with old british bikes, heaven
enfield
A brough SS100
Laverda Jota,early one ,180degree engine
Royal enfield Constellation
Super Nero
Mike Hailwoods comeback Ducati
MV Augusta triple
MV Augusta 1000 with a Magni chain conversion
Vincent black lightning
an exercise bike ! :o)
I own a old ZXR750H2, which goes like the clappers and was in my opinion one of the first Jap superbikes. I've also owned several Kawasaki's in the past being the Z650's, Z750. Those have always been my favorite manufacturers, though I have also longed for a BSA 500 twin, only because my Dad owned one.
Happy Biking my friend and I hope that you find what you are looking for..
it would have to be a full balls out hardtail custom chop with a 120 cubic inch lump
2006 Yam R6 . I just love the way it looks
The crazyest bike in the world a Boss Hoss yeah baby.
I would like to have a race bike because i love bicycling, but nowdays all bicycles are not for too long. i would prefer an old buy at least a good one.
I'd have one of those Y2K's with the gas turbine engine from a Helicopter in it!! Then I could whizz all over my mates 900 Ninja and watch him cry like a girl!
Nostalgically I'd like a Yamaha YZ 80 as it was the first bike I rode.
Then the Yamaha DT 150 because it was what I lusted after when I was 15.
The only other bike I can remember from back then was when the PE teacher bought a brand new 'Katana' - but you probably can't remember them.
Today - a Norton super-bike, and both the BMW and the KTM that Ewan considered for THE trip.
I would have a transformer bike that converts to anything I want to ride / look at. 1977 Bultaco Sherpa 325 one day, BSA DBD34 Gold Star the next, VFR 750 the day after, and Sheen's 500 to put in a glass cabinet, when i'm not using it.
You did say one bike and you did say I wouldn't have to be realistic!
an old school Raleigh Grifter
i think i may be a bit big for it though
perhaps they could bring out a adult version
MV Agusta F4 Tamburini

I own my dream bike, its 58 ridgid framed panhead. but My dream garage has a 51 indian chief, norton 850 commando, vincent black shadow, yamaha r1,and a gsxr750, and an iron sportster for good measure.
A Vincent Black Shadow in perfect condition .. whoooo!
I have raced bikes with a certain amount of success, so you may be surprised at my choice.
I have also raced cars and taught high speed driving to the 'establishment', again, you may be surprised at my choice.
My first motorcycle was a Triumph Tiger Cub (200cc single cylinder four-stroke) and the bikes I have been aquainted with have been many and varied, so again, I think you will be surprised at my choice:
A great big fat Honda Gold Wing with all the trimmings! (But I'll go without the trailer thanks.)
id have a blackbird. they look well cool
like the look of the current gsxr 1000, and it would keep my bandit company in the garage
Harley Road King.
Vincent Black Shadow, early model Honda Fireblade, Triumph Rocket III, Ducati 998, Honda RC30. Any of these would do nicely. Otherwise the Bandit 1200 I have is more than adequate.
GOT TO BE A HONDA GOLDWING Built for comfort not speed just like me !!!!!!
1993 Suzuki VX800.
Or one of those brand new BMW police specials!
I wouldn't give my right arm though. I need that to pull the throttle!
Suzuki Hayabusa anyday.
or even a 125 Aprilia RS bored out and with a bigger can fitted.just something about really quick 2 strokes!
