The quickest and easiest way I recommend for my rag top customers is to buy a sticky roller that's made to remove hair and lint off of black clothing. They sell these everywhere. Use this as it's cheap, safe, reuseable(a roll comes with like 50 sticky sheets), portable, and very very fast(about 1-2 minutes and you're done).
brown pacel tape, wrapped round your hand inside-out. Cheap and efficient!!
Take a 2'' wide roll of masking tape and a block of wood put the masking tape on the block of wood with a couple of thumb tacks and press against the ceiling of the car repeatedly change the full tape when you need. sticky side out
try dryer sheets thats what picks up cat hair. or use stickey tape that helps.
You know that very wide sellotype. Well cut a fair lenght and stick it several times until it loses its glue and repear until finish.
And then Give the Cat away to somebody else..

lol, I wouldn't use brown parcel tape, it may leave a brown glue mark. Try a lint roller, once the hairs are off, wash the roof with a waxed based cleaner to repeal hairs in future
