Given it's a super-motard style of bike, rearsets will be difficult to come by and create a very weird riding position to boot.

Given your height, you are going to struggle big time to get comfortable. The only advice I can give is pass your test ASAP and get something much bigger. TBH, the best thing would be to buy a cheap 2nd hand bike to practice on, pass your test on an intensive 3-5 day course and get something that fits.
at 6'6 your legs are going to be bent double, dont really know what is out there 125 wise to fit you.
had a ts 125 years ago that was very tall, had to lower it for me as im a short ****.
As previously mentioned, you will be very cramped on any 125! However, saying that, i believe the cagiva mito 125 is one of the larger 125's around. Have a look on google if you're not sure what it looks like.
I have an Aprillia 125cc trike. I was told to get the best oil you can afford, and to always use a synthetic. As this came from the guy who built the trike, I would say its got to be decent advice.
At 6'6" that is too small a bike for you you'll outgrow it in a season.
