What are the best tyres for a 1996 N-reg Kawasaki ZZR600 D?
Answers:
Bridgestone. You can choose your compromise between grippy soft rubber which wears out quicker or harder, less grippy rubber which lasts longer.
Any new tyre needs a careful 50 miles to run it in. This rubs off the shiny surface they put on the rubber and makes sure they are seated well on the rims.
round ones!
well that is a matter of opinion question. I like a tire called Kendas myself. There not real high priced they get a good grip and handle nicely around turns. The tread seems to last for a good period of time to. Dunlops always crack and the side walls and wear flat on me.
Michelin pilots
Go for Metz. I had a Gpz900R quite a few years ago. It came with Pirrellis. Put some new Metz on and it was a totally different bike. It almost felt like it wanted to go round corners on its own.
