How can I check on this company wondering if they are scam; BlocQuad.com.?

I was thinking about purchasing an ATV from them.

Looks like scam to me - their website has almost zero traffic (there are ways to check it) but they claim they had thousands of orders, the adress looks faked (street names start with capital letter) - definitely don't buy from them. Check the Ebay instead or something more reliable.
Pretty easy if they are a Ltd company, not sure how you would do it in the US though - should be wherever you guys need to file annual accounts.
