Is it best to let my aprilia rs125 warm up to 60 degrees or is a lower temperature sufficient?

difficult to say check the manual
from cold just set off using a maximum of 60% of rev band until the engine reaches normal temperature, use the gearbox fully but dont over rev the engine
its usually best to let any engine warm up , check the handbook if you have one ,by the way have you derestricted it ? (it more than doubles the power ;) )
check your manual but don't take your eyes of it for a second while you have it warming up, thats a nice bike be awful for it to get stolen. but it should start from cold, you just might loose the revs when you need them.
