I have bought new battery and it still doesn't work.
Someone said you have to reset it, does anyone know how?

Call the Ford dealer you bought it from and let them tell you.
It has to be reprogrammed by a Ford dealer.
Probably the best thing to do would be to ask at a garage..Sorry I cannot help you on this one!!
You have to take the key to a dealer to get it re-set
sounds like a ground strap negative connection isn't working, check the battery connections @ the frame & altantor.
take it to a local ford dealer.
the battery chargin dynamo wudnt be workin or its connection to the bateryy terminals wud have been disconnected.
Take it out and make sure its a new battery if this doesn't help I would say return it. You may have recieved a lemon.
1. Purchase the new battery recommended and rated for your car (the parts dealer and your mechanic will have that information). Be aware that the old battery is usually exchanged for the new one for recycling purposes, so you can either take it with you or drop it off later.
2. Open the hood of your car and locate the battery. (Image 1)
3. Disconnect the cable terminals from the old battery's terminals (negative/black first and then positive/red). (Image 2)
4. Remove the frame or bracket holding the battery in place, and lift the battery out.
5. Clean the cable terminals with a wire brush and baking soda and water if they're corroded or dirty.
6. Use a wire brush or a battery terminal cleaner (a very inexpensive tool) to scrape the inside of each cable terminal to expose new, clean metal to the new battery terminal. If the cable terminals are damaged, they need to be replaced. (Image 3)
7. Lower the new battery into position, with the positive and negative poles in the same relative positions as before, and secure the frame.
8. Connect the cables to the new battery securely - positive to positive and then negative to negative. The cable ends should not be able to move at all; any looseness can prevent your car from starting. (Image 4)
9. Test the battery by starting the engine.
Tips:
Battery prices vary widely, so shop around. Buy a battery that has at least a 60-month warranty. Avoid cheap batteries - brands like Interstate and A/C Delco tend to last longer.
Make sure the battery is fully charged before you buy it.
Wear latex gloves to avoid dirt, grease and corrosion.
Some dealers will install a battery at no cost if you buy it from them.

yes you have to take it to your'e dealer to be reset and it can cost a bit too.
Try this first press and hold down the lock and un lock buttons at the same time did the car wake up flash turnsignals? IF not there might be a section in the owners hand book describing how to introduce the remote to the car after Keyless entry batterys were replaced. Those thin round batterys in right side up + and - side facing right?
Either go to the dealer or phone them up!
You need to return to the dealer. and they will explain how to reset the key system. Same thing happened to me with a 2004 ford expedition
yar u only have a few mins to put the battery back in or in dletes all the info in the key fob ul have to get it reset at the garage.
