Wht's the algorithm of buying used car?(i have non-UK driving license+no more thn 1500 pounds for all expenses
Answers:
You can pay your insurance by monthly instalements. You have to allow for repairs which depend on the vehicle.
If you know your way around, you can buy a very decent car in car auctions, take a friend and have a look one day without buying, go another day a couple of hours in advance and pick few ones, examine the car very carefully on the outside (take a torch to look underneath for rust); you can see how the engine sounds and how the car starts when the car is taken for the auction. A good sign usually is good tyres from a brand name, as an owner who did not take care of the car would fit remolds.
This way you can save about 40% from a private deal and about 50 to 60% from a car dealer. This is how I have been buying my cars over the past 10 years. Choose a Ford or a similar brand, since the parts are much cheaper than VW etc.
Best of luck.
your insurance premium could easily be £500, and you need to allow for unexpected repairs of £250, your car budget is therefore 750 for a car with mot and tax. have a look at eBay and see what small cars - for example a VW polo you can buy for that money
Why is anybody attempting to answer this ludicrous question seriously?
If you don't have a UK licence, then go back to where you do have a licence. Learn to speak English.. 'algorithm' indeed. what cobblers.
The whole question is cobblers. He/She shouldn't be anywhere near a car as long as I have a hole in my fat ar*se.

I got a VW Polo you could have for £50. Its mechanically and bodily very good, just needs an MOT which will cost about £150. 1988 though, and insurance will probably only be about £300 tops. That gives you £1000 to spend on beer and a holiday!! So yes its very possible.
