I was involved in a car accident, my car was written off by a hgv, only suffered with the usual whiplash etc,?

the driver admitted liability etc, just waiting for the claim to go through.. How much is the average pay out at the minute for a claim such as this? a kind of bench mark figure to go on?

Dont know about now, but I had whiplash 10 years ago and got £3000. obviously it should be a bit more nowadays.
my wife got 3.500 pound a few years back for a whiplash injury
I received 3.5k about fours years ago, all depends really on how much your legal team can claim :-)
