Have you tried going to companies themselves. Veilside is the best for Jap Cars. For interior styling, Stichcraft do retrims, but is expensive. To get some I.C.E Halfords are good for that, Alpine or AudioBahn have loads of I.C.E products.
Hope this helps.

go straight to the company websites (Veilside, C-West, Ing's, etc) and ask them what they suggest for the car u have. they have specialists working on custom cars.
on rim n wheels, depends on wat concept u wanna make. sports or VIP/elegance. but with a celica i'm betting ur going with the sports concept
make a concept n go with it, dun criss cross concepts. it'll be better, trust me. i own a automobile custom bodyshop here in Jakarta.
Hey, I just got my Celica in March of this year for one heck of a deal ,but just do any mods you want that impresses yourself. I started with a Kicker Sub 12" L7, Kicker Amp ZX750.1, Stinger wiring kit, sub box, and Alpine speakers.
Anyways, there are tons of mods out there such as lowering springs, audio, neon lights, tv monitors, rims. I suggest to save a lot of money and then research numerous times before making your best decision. It will be one heck of a custom car if you take it slow to make a true come true. Look at the sources I provided for ya since I've looked at them for my own. Here's a look at my car, check it out on page 3. Thanks. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2333745/3.
