the bands of the hat squeeze on their heads and cause loss of oxygen to the brain. This in turn causes them to suddenly change lanes without indicating and to forget how long or why they are in the middle lane (this causes them to slow down to a steady 52 mph while they try to work it all out) lmao

Not all drivers that wear hats drive like idiots, I drive an articulated truck delivering JCB,s I sometimes wear a hat to keep the sun out of my eyes, I can assure you that I do not drive like an idiot

I reckon you're talking about the flat cap brigade, the Sunday drivers who would prefer to follow a slug rather than overtake it. I think their belief is that if they exceed 30mph their brains will go to the back of their heads and explode. They also enjoy the challenge of pulling away in 3rd gear, especially on steep inclines, I think its the only time that they actually redline it.
