Where can I get a longer dipstick for my car. The present one won't reach the oil?

You probably need to put some oil in your car.your dipstick should be long enough already.
go to local scrap yard,they'll prob just give you one free
scrap yard. Look in yellow pages or www.yell.com

lots of variables here. what kind of car is it, new or vintage, original motor or transplant. etc. also just make sure it is seating properly
an old tranny van are long i think if not make 1 till it does lol

Good one! Reminds me of my mother. She told me it took an hour to put oil into the engine. When I asked her were she had poured it she replied down the little hole for the dip stick!

They are right under the chrome muffler bearings.

If its the one that comes with the car, then u need more oil. If not then go to ur local parts house
1st check your oil then if its ok try ebay or a scrap yard
try using an American
scrap yard, but make sure its the right 1 for your car or it may be to long or too short
dont buy a dipstick,sling some Slick 50 in,they run forever then
