Blown head gasket , cracked head

I didn't understand that and I've rid for years.
If coolant is getting all over the engine and bodywork, I'd think your problem is more likely to be a cracked radiator or leaking radiator hose. The only way to know for sure is to clean everything thoroughly and then run the bike and look for the leak. Once you determine where the coolant is leaking from, then you can decide the best way to repair it.
It is possible that your fan is not working which can be a blown fuse. Remove the seat and check the fuse block. If the fuse is good, make sure the fan is operational when the bike reaches about 205+. Try to locate where the fluid is coming from, if it is coming out of the overflow, you may have just added too much coolant, so drain it all out and find the specification for your bike to fill it properly.

If coolant is coming out of the motor, instead of a hose, a broken line or damaged engine could be the cause.
It's not American.
Now I'll sit back and wait for bluffmike to display his vast ignorance of Harleys and those who ride them.
Like JetDoc said, you have to figure out where the leak is. You can run the bike and look, but the proper way is to check with a cooling system pressure tester.
Chances are, the head gasket is holed somewhere. Time for a visit to the dealership!
It depends where it's coming from. Could be a hole in the radiator or a worn hose if it's coming from the front. If it's coming from the cylinder, its more than likely a blown head gasket, but could be a cracked cylinder. Usually with a head gasket, it lets coolant leak into the oil. If it's spraying from the cylinders to the outside of the bike I'd say cracked cylinder. But it's hard to say without more info.
Split hose or cracked radiator; micro fracture on your barrel / head; perished gasket.

Best thing to do is clear a space in your garage; strip it back and have a wee peak.

It never hurts to take a wee look inside and clean the gunk out your barrel / off your piston. While you're there replace the gasket before the winter and get a nice solid seal.

Good luck.
identify the leak, is it from the expansion tank, radiator, a hose or the engine itself.
may not be as bad as it looks
