I have a disabled tax disc on my car thats about to be written off. do i send the tax disc back to the dvla?#?

Answers:
nope it dosent matter it stays with the car,you DO not send it to the dvla.its free as its a disabled badge holder.
Yeah send the tax disc back to dvla, they will give you a new one when you have a new car.
yes u must send it back to be on the safe side.they could charge u for it if u dont.
I think you must go to the post office and get a form to apply for a refund. You then fill it in and stick the old disc in the appropriate place on the form and they will then send you a refund in about 3 weeks. The address to send will be on the form.
Yes send it back.

They will have to refund you the left over cash on it
Why is your tax disc about to be written off?
