You can get a used one at a junk yard, or you can get it at auto zone. If they don't have it in stock, they will special order it depending on the year and make of the van, not the color. www.autozone.com
They stopped making radiators for blue vans in 1998. Get your van repainted to something more 2006'ish.

Blue is so randam for what your question is. Try looking at the engine size, model, and if you have any local auto part stores. Autozone are the most helpful. Good Luck.
