Can you fit a t140 barrels and pistons to a T120 crankcases?

It is a 1969 T120 and a 1974 T140

check the studs, some t140 barrells were 10 stud and you need the t140 head, the 120 barrels are 9 stud.

You might still get some Morgo barrels that were 750 9 stud or even ARE which were all alloy
yes you can for what i understand they had both the same bottom end
