Car reposession?

They appear to have lied to me and imtimidated the situation in a bullying manor. I have a insurance document which they are refusing to honour. I need to take this further. They were told that they were trespassing where do I go from here. They are bullies and thugs and will say anything to anyone to get their way!!

You apparently are behind on your car payments. You signed papers saying you would make payments on certain dates, and you have not, so you lied to them!

The finance company has the right to expect their payments. They will come and take your vehicle. If you make it very hard for them, they will get a court order and the sheriff will come and get it for them!

I do not understand what you are talking about with an insurance document. Did you purchase a disability policy that was supposed to make your payments if you were sick or injured? If you did, the finance company is not responsible for that. If the policy is not paying, you have to pay the finance company.

You can file a lawsuit against the insurance company, but you are responsible for the payments!
ADD DETAILS.. WHO are they?
You as a consumer are protected under 2 laws. Public law 95 and the FDCPA (fair debt collections practices act) For your benefit, I would contact the better business bureau and SCREAM. You as a consumer have rights, maybe even more than you know.. Good luck!
If they come back, call the police. In the meantime seek legal advice. Contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau. Their advice is free and impartial.
take the wheels off the car before they come again but make sure its parked where they cant lift it onto a tow truck.:-)
Once a certified bailiff has been on your property with a view to reposessing items, they are free to come back as often as needed, and you cannot stop them. Locking the gates just means they would get a locksmith, and the locksmith's bill would be payable by you. The best thing to do is to talk to the bailiff. Avoiding them will not work.
go to citizens advice bureau or a solicitor
