Is it possible to re programme a used key card for a 2002 renault laguna, .(UK Only)?

According to the userforum mentioned below, the KeyCards are Program Once meaning that they cannot be repurposed for a different car. They can be re-flashed for the same car, but not for a different car.
no you have to go back to the dealer ( it will cost you an arm and a leg )

I recently bought a Renault Laguna Dynamique - they are sooo beautiful and fantastic to drive aren't they?
In my pre-purchase research I discovered that the cards are pre programmed and connected to a particular vehicle and that you need to purchase a new card which costs around £150.00 - Not too bad considering a new wheel cover alone costs that. Go to a Renault service centre they will sort it out for you
