I have overheating prob on kwak400r donethermerstate/w.pump/r. even changed engine but still throws out water

In addition to Checking the radiator cap. It might not be making a good seal to the radiator or the spring is worn. Have the cap tested.
You might also want to try some Engine Ice. My 450 runs hot all the time but Engine Ice has saved me many times.

check to see if the rad is blocked or air trapped in the system you may have toblled it if you haven,t already done so hope you find the fault
Huh, you have changed the engine but it's still doing it? It's highly unlikely you could get two engines with exactly the same fault.
I am not trying to be patronising but have you tried a different brand silicone hoses and double jubilee clips.
Where exactly is the water coming out of?
does it have an electric fan? GPZ or KXL or FX or EX? what year?

sounds more like a blocked rad sexypants.you aint having much luck with that bike are ya?
Ahh Welcome to the club.
I had same problems with my R1. Even had to changed my engine, The problem lies NOT with the CAP, Not with the Type of Fluid, and Definitely Not the Fan (if installed)
Its the Radiator Pump a.k.a Water Pump,
Instead of 'sucking' and recirculating the Radiator fluid, it 'throws' out the water, Two things to check :
1. The Water Pump Motor burnt / worn off.
2. The pump propeller worn off, thus does not allow circulation.
3. Propeller shaft broken, so propeller does not function.
