seriously spain is cool for driving, double parking and drink driving are almost compulsory
Better put some petrol in - oh, and take some tape to keep the rust in place.
the headlamps will need a deflector on them you can by them in halfords that's all you need to start with.
then if you want you can get it a ITV witch is the same as our MOT but most people just drive illegal and never get court out.
after 1 year you will have to buy a spanish car and change your licence
