clean all the seals around the roof and check the condition of them and check that the windows are closing up tightly there may be a alignment problem, they shouldnt leak.
HAS IT GOT A SUN ROOF? IF IT HAS THIS IS WERE THE WATER WILL BE GETTING IN. ITS A COMMAN FAULT MY PEUGEOT 106 HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, WHEN I USED THE SUN ROOF I HAD A PUDDLE BEHIND THE FRONT SEATS. THE RUBBER SEAL IS IN TWO PARTS, YOU NEED TO LUBE UP (lol) INBETWEEN THE SEALS AND LOOK FOR DAYLIGHT COMING IN, IF ITS AN OLDER CAR LIKE MINE, LUBE THE OUTSIDE OF THE SEAL ASWELL, WERE THE GLASS TOUCHES THE SEAL. A MECHANIC MATE OF MINE SAID TO USE VASELINE, IT WORKED FOR ME. ALSO GOOD FOR CHAPPED LIPS LOL.HOPE THIS HELPED
