Try a new spark plug, 2 stroke bikes wear them out really fast, if that dosen't work try changing the CDI unit.

Take a look at the magnito,rotor. It may have lost it's magnetism, or could be full of crap. If a piece of ferrous metal sticks to the rotor, then it just may have a build up of stuff in the windings. ( possibly has done the main seal)?? Another thing to check, would be the wiring, from the magnito, to the CDI. It may just be in need of a good spray of contact cleaner, throughout. Is the spark gap set to the correct distance?
