Will a front wing from a saloon E36 BMW fit an E36 cabriolet?

I've a dented wing on my E36 cabriolet and was wondering whether the wing shape is different on the cab from a normal E36 saloon. If it isn't I'll go to a breakers yard and find a replacement wing from any E36.

Hi there,

Check the part number first. Assumptions very often go wrong with a BM. In principle, yes it should fit but.

You've done the right thing by asking here, I am sorry I cannot give an authoritative answer apart from tread with caution.

Hope this helps
