Any specific traffic law about what noise / tune a horn should be?

Answers:
A warning device (horn) on a road vehicle in the UK must be clearly audible, and of a single tone or no more than two different tones sounding simultaneously i.e. it must not alternate between different tones.

In other words, your horn is illegal.
There are laws (state by state), Vermont's law says that it must be a horn, not a bell, whistle, or siren. So, air horns and electric horns are OK.
I think it has to be below a certain decible, and Dixie Horns are banned!
If a horn plays a variety of tunes, it can avoid getting disturbing the peace tickets and possibly get paid for making good sounds..
hmmm
horn should be pleasant as such it perform its function and sounds well to every one
different state different laws just call your local police department and ask they want mine.i work for a police department in Georgia and we get questions all the time.
Yah, I agree with the fellow above . you can't emulate an emergency siren.
However, on my bike I replaced the stock BMW horns (which gave sort an anemic "meep" sound) with a dual-horn car setup from a Mercedes . very "bell-like" and pleasant, but LOUD!. You should go to a car parts store and pick up a set.
sure
